1 Acceptance of Terms

Account registration is individual and non-transferable. Each person may only hold one active account at 611bet. 2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 611bet may, at any time, request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) from the User. 3 User Account

The User is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials for their account at 611bet (username and password). We recommend using strong, unique passwords that are not reused across other services. The 611bet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must contact 611bet immediately by email at contato@611bet.best or via the live chat available on the platform. The 611bet may preventively suspend the account while the situation is being investigated.

3.1 Account Usage Responsibility

All activities carried out from the User's account are their sole responsibility, including bets, deposits, withdrawals, and changes to account information. The 611bet does not reverse bets placed through a correctly authenticated account, regardless of who carried out the access.

4 Deposits and Payments

The 611bet accepts the following deposit methods, all available to residents in Brazil:

• Credit and debit card – Visa and Mastercard accepted;
• PicPay – via the PicPay app;
• Mercado Pago – via balance or card linked to the Mercado Pago account;

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited within seconds of confirmation by the banking system. TED deposits may take up to one business day to process. 4.1 Third-Party Funds

Depositing funds from third-party accounts, credit cards in another person's name, or any payment method not directly belonging to the account holder at 611bet. The use of funds of illicit origin or associated with illegal activities will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 611bet are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered on the User's account. To request a withdrawal, the User must have an available balance (not tied to open bets), have completed the KYC verification process when required, and the account must be in good standing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Withdrawals requested during business hours are processed within minutes. Requests made during off-peak hours (overnight and holidays) may take up to a few hours. The 611bet does not charge fees on withdrawals.

5.1 Withdrawal Verification

The 611bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or in cases where irregular activity is suspected. This is part of our fraud prevention and anti-money laundering process (KYC/AML). The review period in such cases may take up to 5 business days.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The 611bet periodically offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover), which must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. 6.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus at 611bet is automatically granted on the first qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions in effect at the time of the deposit. To convert the bonus into withdrawable funds, the User must place bets totaling the deposit plus the bonus amount multiplied by the rollover factor stated in the promotion. Canceled, void, or below-minimum-odds bets do not count toward completing the rollover.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each User is entitled to one welcome bonus only;
• Bonuses have an expiration date stated in the promotion – once expired, any unused bonus balance is automatically canceled;

7 General Betting Rules

Bets placed at 611bet are binding at the moment the system confirms the bet registration and the corresponding amount is deducted from the User's balance. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the User, except where the Cash Out feature is available for that specific bet.

7.1 Invalid Bets

The 611bet may declare a bet void in the following situations:

• Event canceled, suspended indefinitely, or not held within the deadline established by the rules of the sport;
• A proven technical error that generated manifestly incorrect odds;
• Evidence of match-fixing by any of the parties involved;
• Failure by the User to meet the eligibility requirements.

In the event of an invalid bet, the full staked amount is returned to the User's balance with no fees applied.

7.2 Combination Bets (Multiples)

Accumulator (combo) bets are permitted at 611bet. If one event in a combination bet is declared void, that event is removed from the slip and the bet is recalculated using the remaining events. The total odds are adjusted proportionally to reflect the removal of the void event.

7.3 Betting Limits

The minimum bet at 611bet is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary depending on the sport, event, and market selected. The 611bet reserves the right to set individual limits on accounts with irregular or suspicious betting history, without prior justification.

8 Casino Games

8.1 Technical Malfunction

9 Conduct and Acceptable Use

The 611bet does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance and technical outages may occur. In the event of unavailability that causes direct loss to the User (such as a bet not being processed correctly), the 611bet will assess each case individually and take appropriate action, which may include a refund of the amount wagered.

The maximum liability of 611bet in any dispute is limited to the amount deposited by the User and not withdrawn during the period in question. The 611bet is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

14 Changes to the Terms
